Who we are
We build the connections careers actually turn on.
Throughline is a non-profit that runs structured mentorship programs with employers, post-secondary schools and community organisations. We recruit and screen mentors, prepare mentees, and stay with both for the length of the match.
Most people who get ahead had someone in their corner. We think that shouldn’t come down to luck or family connections.
How it works

Meet a shortlist, pick one
A coordinator sends you three or four mentors. You read their profiles and choose. No auto-matching.
Six sessions, six months
You set the agenda, we send the prompts and check in twice. Most pairs keep talking afterwards.
