EducationXpansion is an initiative of the International Mentorship and Empowerment Network, informed by more than 25 years of mentorship and empowerment experience in the not-for-profit sector.
We create opportunities for people to gain knowledge, build confidence, share perspectives, and make the connections that can lead to further education, meaningful employment, and career growth.
How it works
A thoughtful match, supported from start to finish.
Review a shortlist
A coordinator suggests three or four suitable profiles. The mentee chooses, and the mentor confirms.
Learn and grow together
Each pair agrees on a structure, with monthly video or telephone conversations recommended.
